I received this mouthpiece from QuietLab three days ago to reduce my snoring. I had tried various things in the past, including an anti-snoring mouthpiece. But that one wasn’t very comfortable to use, so I stopped using it. I also tried pillows and neck braces—none of that worked.

So now I gave this QuietLab mouthpiece a try. What I love is that the upper and lower jaw positions can be adjusted. I’ve been experimenting a bit to find the right setting. But after just two nights, my partner is already happy—the snoring has significantly reduced or is almost completely gone.

I’ve been using this device for a while and I’m really convinced by it. I initially used the older version, which was a bit too big. But the new one—it’s really good. I’m definitely going to gift it to my mother because she also has problems with snoring, and the new one is just brilliant.
It’s easy to clean, you can just open it up—everything can be taken apart and cleaned with a simple toothbrush... So really brilliant. Thanks, QuietLab!
